Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten kasuistisch über die erfolgreiche Behandlung einer spastischen Dysbalance nach länger zurückliegendem Schädel-Hirn-Trauma durch die Kombination einer Injektion von Botulinum-Toxin B mit dem sogenannten Taub’schen Training. Neben dem klinischen Verlauf läßt sich die Besserung durch kinematische EMG-Daten belegen.

Combined treatment of spastic dysbalance of the hand with botulinum toxin type B followed by constrained-induced movement therapy

Abstract
Casuistically we give report about a successful treatment of a spastic dysbalance 20 years after TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) through the combination of Botulinumtoxin type B injections and constrained-induced movement therapy. Among the clinical course dynamic EMG studies give references for the improvement.
