Bestandsaufnahme des Therapeutischen Reitens
Eine deutschlandweite Online-Umfrage

Zusammenfassung
Das Zentrum für Therapeutisches Reiten Johannisberg e. V. führte im Jahr 2012 in Kooperation mit dem Deutschen Kuratorium für Therapeutisches Reiten e. V. (DKThR) und dem Institut für Pferdegestützte Therapie (IPTh) eine deutschlandweite Online-Umfrage durch, die den aktuellen Stand des Therapeutischen Reitens erhebt. Die Umfrage umfasste die Angebotsbreite und -struktur der Einrichtungen, die Patienten-/Klientenstruktur, die Bestandsaufnahme der Therapiepferde, die Organisation und Finanzierung der Therapie sowie die Arbeitssituation und Qualifikation der Therapeuten. An der Befragung nahmen insgesamt 314 Therapeuten und 101 Einrichtungen aus neun Postleitzonen teil.

Overview of therapeutic riding – a german online survey

Abstract
In 2012, the »Zentrum für Therapeutisches Reiten Johannisberg e. V.« carried out an online survey in cooperation with the »Deutsche Kuratorium für Therapeutisches Reiten e. V.« (DKThR) and the »Institut für Pferdegestützte Therapie« (IPTh) to examine the current situation of therapeutic riding in Germany. The survey included spectrum and structure of treatment programs of the institutions, patient/client structure, description of the therapy horses, organization and financing of the therapy, working situation and qualification of the therapists. 314 therapists and 101 institutions from 9 of 10 postal code regions of Germany took part in the survey.
