Kombination von Nortriptylin und Quetiapin

Zusammenfassung
Das seltene Cotard-Syndrom wird durch einen nihilistischen Wahn charakterisiert, der sowohl isoliert, bei
organischen Störungen, bei Psychosen als auch bei Depressionen beobachtet wird. Vorgestellt wird eine
58-jährige Patientin mit einem Cotard-Syndrom im Rahmen einer bekannten rezidivierenden depressiven
Störung, die sehr gut und schnell auf eine Kombination von Nortriptylin und Quetiapin ansprach.

Abstract
Cotard’s syndrome is a clinically rare disorder, occurring isolated, in organic disorders or in both
psychosis and depression, characterised by a nihilistic delusion. We present the case of a 58 year old
female patient with recurrent depressive disorder showing an excellent and rapid response following
treatment with a combination of nortripytline and quetiapine.
