Zusammenfassung
Kasuistisch berichten wir über eine kombinierte intrathekale Therapie mit Baclofen und Morphin durch ein im-plantiertes Pumpensystem bei einer Patientin mit einer Tetraspastik sowie einem chronischen Schmerzsyndrom auf dem Boden eines zervikalen Tumors.
