Zusammenfassung
Organisch psychische Störungen sind sehr häufig bei Patienten in der neurologisch-neurochirurgischen
Rehabilitation. Sie führen bei einigen Patienten mitunter zu erheblichen Orientierungs-
und Verhaltensstörungen. Diese wiederum erfordern spezifische Anforderungen an das
rehabilitative Konzept der Einrichtung.
Im Artikel wird das Konzept der VAMED Klinik Schloss Pulsnitz zur Rehabilitation von neurologisch
erkrankten kognitiv gestörten Patienten im Kontext der neurologisch-neurochirurgischen
Frührehabilitation beschrieben. Das Konzept zeigt das Behandlungsmodell der Einrichtung für
die Rehabilitation von Patienten mit organisch psychischen Störungen auf einer geschützten
Station.
Das Konzept ist im Verlauf der Behandlung der Patienten über die Zeit entstanden und erhebt
keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit. Es ist zudem kein in sich abgeschlossenes Konzept. Die
Darstellung ist eine Momentaufnahme der aktuellen Behandlung von neurologisch erkrankten
kognitiv gestörten Patienten auf einer geschützten Station.
Es gibt ähnliche Konzepte in anderen Einrichtungen.

Treatment model for the rehabilitation of neurologically ill patients with
organic mental disorders on a protected ward in the context of neurological-
neurosurgical early rehabilitation

Abstract
Organic mental disorders are very common in patients undergoing
neurological-neurosurgical rehabilitation. They sometimes lead to
considerable orientation and behavioral problems in some patients. These
in turn require a specific rehabilitative concept of the facility.
The article describes the concept of the VAMED Clinic Schloss Pulsnitz for
the rehabilitation of neurologically diseased cognitively disturbed patients
in the context of neurological-neurosurgical early rehabilitation. The
concept shows the treatment model of the institution for the rehabilitation
of patients with organic mental disorders on a protected ward.
The concept has emerged over the course of treating patients and is not
exhaustive. It is also not a self-contained concept. It is a snapshot of the
current treatment of neurologically ill cognitively disturbed patients on a
protected ward.
There are similar concepts in other facilities.
