Zusammenfassung
Die Einführung der ICF in den Alltag der Rehabilitation durch das Sozialgesetzbuch IX hat nicht nur den Blick auf und die Diagnostik von Behinderung verändert. Sie erfordert auch neue Behandlungskonzepte, die der gesetzlichen Forderung nach selbstbestimmter Teilhabe am Leben in der Gesellschaft als Rehabilitationsziel gerecht werden. Wir stellen hier Projektarbeit als eine Möglichkeit zur teilhabebezogenen Behandlung vor. Ziele, Planung und Ablauf werden beschrieben. Vier Kasuistiken dienen dazu, das Verfahren, seine Möglichkeiten, aber auch seine Grenzen zu illustrieren. Ihre Präsentation ist zunächst als Diskussionsbeitrag gedacht, quantifizierbare Ergebnisse liegen derzeit noch nicht vor.

Abstract
The introduction of ICF in the reality of German rehabilitation has changed the views on deficits and handicaps. It also makes new strategies necessary which fulfil the legal requirements of participation as the relevant goal in rehabilitation. Here, we present our concept of »working in projects« as a possibility of participation related treatment. Goals, planning and course of the treatment are described. So far, we cannot present quantifiable results but want rather to contribute to the discussion.
