Konstruktion und Praxiserprobung einer ICF-orientierten Therapiezielliste und Outcome-Messung in der ambulanten Neurorehabilitation

Zusammenfassung
Das Konzept und erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Anwendung einer ICF-orientierten Therapiezielliste in einer ambulanten neurologischen Tagesklinik werden beschrieben. Durch Kombination dieser Liste mit einer Kodierung des Grades der Zielerreichung (Goal Attainment Scaling) ließ sich ein Instrument erstellen, das erstmals eine quantitative Erfassung des Therapiefortschrittes auf der ICF-Aktivitäts- und Teilhabekomponente ermöglicht. Die wichtigste Praxiserfahrung war, dass diese Therapiezielliste, trotz Beschränkung auf 50 Items, den Bereich der im Therapeutenteam gefundenen Therapieziele auf der Komponente Aktivitäten und Teilhabe weitgehend abdeckte. Die mittlere Anwendungsdauer lag zwischen 10 und 15 Minuten pro Erhebung.

Construction and practical testing of an ICF-oriented list for treatment goals and outcome measure in neurological outpatient rehabilitation

Abstract
The conception of an ICF oriented list of treatment goals and experiences taken from its application to a neurological outpatient clinic are described. By scaling of the degree of completion of the different goals of this list (goal attainment scaling) for the first time an instrument was constructed to measure the progress of patients under treatment with respect to activity and participation. The main experience in applying this list of treatment goals was, that although limited to 50 items, it covered nearly all goals, found by the therapeutic team in activity and participation. The mean duration for completing the list was between 10 and 15 minutes.
