Zusammenfassung
Neuropsychiatrische und funktionell psychische Störungen spielen, in Form komorbider psychischer wie pseudo-neurologischer Störungen, in Neurologie und Neuro-Rehabilitation eine zunehmend besser erkannte, wichtige Rolle. Körperliche und seelische Störungen können sich gegenseitig beeinflussen und ineinandergreifen, zumindest auf Ebene der Symptome und Funktionsbeeinträchtigungen. Allein schon mit Blick auf die erfolgreiche Behandlung der neurologischen Störung werden dann u.U. auch aufwendige, spezifische Maßnahmen erforderlich. Entsprechende Behandlungsmöglichkeiten fehlen jedoch weitgehend. Optimal ist eine Behandlung, die dem »doppelten«, neurologischen wie psychiatrisch-psychotherapeutischen Behandlungsbedarf durch ein integriertes Therapieangebot Rechnung trägt, welches die notwendigen Interventionen »aus einer Hand« zur Verfügung stellt. Der Beitrag stellt typische klinische Aufgabenstellungen und ein pragmatisch orientiertes, integriertes Versorgungsmodell vor.

Abstract
Comorbid psychological disorders and functional neurological disorders play an important, lately increasingly acknowledged role in neurology and neurorehabilitation. Somatic and psychic disturbances may influence one another and present clinically in an intertwined way, at least at the level of symptoms and impairments. Specific diagnostic and therapeutic measures may thus be necessary, sometimes just to permit a successful treatment of the neurological problem. However their still is a deficit of adequate treatment facilities. In case of ?double? both neurological and psychiatric treatment necessities an integrated approach that provides one-stop somato- and psychotherapeutic interventions is optimal. Typical clinical problems and a pragmatic model of integrated care are presented.
